Annual Closings
NeoMotion closes on certain dates and holidays each year.
This page will show the dates, reason for closing, and if make-ups are granted or not. Make-up instructions can be found below the table.

*Maintenance Week 4 - These weeks generally do not grant make-ups, as the cost is not included in your membership payments. However, due to the holidays, Thursday and Friday students will miss two classes, while all other days only miss one. Thus, make-ups will be granted only to Thursday and Friday students.
Note - we do our best to set the schedule from the start of the year but sometimes changes are necessary. Email us here with any questions.
Schedule A Make-Up
Follow these step by step instructions to self-schedule a make-up class.
Step 1 - Locate the Family tab in Fullout.
Step 2 - Select the family member that needs the make-up.
Step 3 - Any available make-up tokens will appear under the profile photo. Tap to schedule. That's it!

The two week policy is our rule of thumb, and in times of continued inclement weather or other major circumstance, NeoMotion may extend the expiration of any make-up token.
The only time make-ups are not provided are for quarterly maintenance closings. These closings are at the end of each quarter, typically on weeks 13, 26, 39, and 52 of the year. The cost of your monthly tuition already factors in these four annual, week-long closings. These, and all other scheduled closings, can be found in the Bulletin section of Fullout.

We understand that life is unpredictable, and we do our best to not be a "use it or lose it" kind of program. That said, please understand that our business incurs costs whether your child attends or not. If you experience circumstances that result in an accumulation of make-ups, or otherwise make it difficult to attend your chosen class times, please contact NeoMotion and we will do our best to work with you.
