Your dashboard is accessible via two methods: In-App (Recommended) - Your dashboard is the main screen in the Full Out App, indicated by the little house icon in the bottom menu. The app is available for both Apple and Android and can be downloaded at the link above. In-Browser - You can also access your dashboard through a web browser on any device at https://neomotionacademy.fulloutsoftware.com/parent

Select "New Enrollment" from the Home dashboard to view enrollment options. Select one that works best for you!

The Invoices button displays current and overdue balances, payment history, and any credits to your account.

The Payment Settings button shows cards on file and allows you to add new payment methods, or change your default payment method. For your security, NeoMotion staff is unable to view full card details.

The Documents button displays the NeoMotion Academy Waiver of Liability. This feature is also accessible from the Family page via the document icon. All athletes are required to complete their waiver before participating in class. If your waiver has not been signed, please select all members of your family at the bottom of the waiver and hit "Complete."

The message bubble icon to the left of our logo in the action bar is the Messaging and Bulletins feature. Under "Messages," you will see our logo and an "Admin" button. Tapping this button will allow you to message the administrative staff through the Fullout app. Coaches Matt, Dallas, and Tom have access to this feature. Under "Bulletin," you may view any bulletins that we have posted. Bulletins are 1-way communications from the staff and are generally FAQs, upcoming events, and scheduled or emergency closings. Please note that bulletins may be edited from time to time, but will always be visible so you can quickly access importation information. See where to find Bulletins with picture examples here.

The far-left clock icon in the action bar allows you to check your child into class. While our staff generally does this at the beginning of class, you're welcome to do it yourself when you arrive! If you'd like to view previously attended classes, you may do so by tapping the family icon on the far-right of the action bar, and then by selecting your child. Here, you can view your ongoing enrolled classes, completed classes, and future classes. We're told that future updates to Full Out will allow you to request make-up classes from this section as well.

The family icon on the far-right of the action bar displays your family account details. Here, you may update contact information and any of the settings you selected when you created your account. Tap "Done" to save any changes. Underneath your family name at the top, you may also select the "Add Family Member Icon" to add more family members. The document icon will show our liability waiver and whether you've signed it or not.
