Members-Only
We want our students to absolutely thrive and we can provide the best experience when attendance is consistent. Thus, NeoMotion classes are members-only, operating on a month to month enrollment basis. Read on for more member benefits!
Scheduling & Attendance
Based on your child's age and skill level, you will select and attend the class offering that works best for you and you will attend that time each week.
This is often preferable over an "open scheduling" program, as it creates consistency and routine. This allows your child to have an even better experience with:
- the time of week they attend class
- other kids in class (often making friends!)
- the coaches leading the class, potentially accelerating their progress
We offer several class options for all age groups and skill levels. If your schedule changes and you need to switch days, check out class availability by choosing an age group here, and simply let us know.
Payment & Trial Class
All new students may do their first class for free. Upon scheduling a trial, you will be prompted to create an account and store your payment card for future use. This is required of all students.
Upon completing the trial class and deciding to enroll, NeoMotion will use your payment card on file to pay the annual insurance fee (per student) and a pro-rated tuition amount for the remaining classes in the month. We will confirm this amount with you before processing payment.
Your card will then draft automatically on the first of the month for every month you remain enrolled, and your insurance fee will be applied once per year for every year that you're enrolled. See current membership rates by selecting an age group here.
Make-Ups
Life's busy, stuff comes up. Upon missing a class, you may request a make-up within 2 weeks of that missed class. Please keep in mind that our program is first come, first served and we often have a waitlist. We cannot always guarantee availability for make-ups, but we will certainly do our best.
If you notice you're missing classes consistently, we recommend speaking to a coach about changing your weekly class reservation to a more optimal time. We want everyone to get what they pay for, but we also need to ensure that class spots are not being held without being used.
Pause
Our members appreciate the month by month flexibility that we offer. Other sports or activities coming up? No problem. Summer's coming up and you want to slow the schedule down to make more time for family? Love it! Just shoot us a text and we'll unenroll your child and pause the billing on our end. Pop back in when that sport's done.
We are always transparent about our pricing, as we believe that honesty is the best policy and that our program should speak for itself.
Monthly membership rates can be found on the class schedule widgets for each age group here. Simply select your child's age group and hit "Class Times." The rate will be in the header of the widget.
Please note that membership rates may and do change from time to time to accommodate changes in the marketplace.
Pausing your membership is super simple! We have many students that take breaks during certain seasons and return later.
Simply get in touch and let us know that you'll be unenrolling your child. We will remove your child's reservation, which will automatically unenroll you from the auto-pay.
Then just let us know when you're ready to start back up and we'll get things set back up!
If you need to update your credit card or debit card:
Open the FullOut app.
Bring up the Dashboard by tapping the house icon.
Tap "Payment Settings."
Add or update your new payment information.
We do not offer "holds" for memberships. You would simply unenroll for the time needed and then re-enroll later, subject to prevailing availability and membership rates.
On occasion, this means giving up a spot in a class that is full or that has friends. While unfortunate, this is simply the most fair way to enforce our first come, first served policy for all members.
To access your make up classes, follow these few simple steps:
1.) Open the FullOut app and navigate to the 'Family' section (bottom right icon).
2.) Choose the athlete you wish to schedule a make up for.
3.) If you have make up's available, they will be listed below the athletes name on the next page. Click where it says '2 Make-Up Classes Available'.
4.) Choose the class time that best fits your schedule.
5.) Choose the date that works best (within two weeks) and click 'Confirm'.
