Trial Request - Step by Step

1. Create an account at "Register Here" button.
Start with parent name and email address. Follow the prompts to complete your details and add any children who will be participating.​
You may also add any other adult who may need to manage the family account, or will serve as an emergency contact.

2. Select "Do Not Allow" for enabling athlete accounts.
Only parents or guardians should have access to a Full Out account.
​
3. Select "Return to Dashboard" after completing your account creation. 
Under "Payment Settings," please add a credit or debit card to make sign-up easier later.
You will never be charged until you've confirmed that you'd like to become a member.

4. Select "New Enrollment" from the main menu to add a trial class. 
Select the athlete and view our live schedule.​
 
5. Request a Trial in a class that has available space. 
Make sure to toggle the "Trial" tab, instead of class.
 
6. Download Full Out from the app store and login to the account you just created. 
We use push notifications for closing alerts and other updates.
Make sure push notifications are enabled for Full Out on your smartphone.

How do memberships work?

Members-Only
We want our students to absolutely thrive and we can provide the best experience when attendance is consistent. Thus, NeoMotion classes are members-only, operating on a month to month enrollment basis. Read on for more member benefits!

Scheduling & Attendance
Based on your child's age and skill level, you will select and attend the class offering that works best for you and you will attend that time each week.

This is often preferable over an "open scheduling" program, as it creates consistency and routine. This allows your child to have an even better experience with:
- the time of week they attend class
- other kids in class (often making friends!)
- the coaches leading the class, potentially accelerating their progress

We offer several class options for all age groups and skill levels.  If your schedule changes and you need to switch days, check out class availability by choosing an age group here,(https://www.neomotionacademy.com/classes) and simply let us know.

Payment & Trial Class
All new students may do their first class for free. Upon scheduling a trial, you will be prompted to create an account and store your payment card for future use. This is required of all students.

Upon completing the trial class and deciding to enroll, NeoMotion will use your payment card on file to pay the annual insurance fee (per student) and a pro-rated tuition amount for the remaining classes in the month. We will confirm this amount with you before processing payment.

Your card will then draft automatically on the first of the month for every month you remain enrolled, and your insurance fee will be applied once per year for every year that you're enrolled. See current membership rates by selecting an age group here.(https://www.neomotionacademy.com/classes)

Make-Ups
Life's busy, stuff comes up. Upon missing a class, you may request a make-up within 2 weeks of that missed class. Please keep in mind that our program is first come, first served and we often have a waitlist. We cannot always guarantee availability for make-ups, but we will certainly do our best.

If you notice you're missing classes consistently, we recommend speaking to a coach about changing your weekly class reservation to a more optimal time. We want everyone to get what they pay for, but we also need to ensure that class spots are not being held without being used.

Pause
Our members appreciate the month by month flexibility that we offer. Other sports or activities coming up? No problem. Summer's coming up and you want to slow the schedule down to make more time for family? Love it! Just shoot us a text and we'll unenroll your child and pause the billing on our end. Pop back in when that sport's done.

Question 3

How much are your memberships?

Monthly membership rates can be found on the class schedule widgets for each age group here.(https://www.neomotionacademy.com/classes) Simply select your child's age group and hit "Class Times." The rate will be in the header of the widget.

Please note that membership rates may and do change from time to time to accommodate changes in the marketplace and the value that we provide, especially in terms of staffing and equipment.

Question 4

How do we pause or cancel our membership?

Pausing your membership is super simple! We have many students that take breaks during certain seasons and return later.

Simply get in touch (mailto:neomotion17@gmail.com)and let us know that you'll be unenrolling your child. We will remove your child's reservation, which will automatically unenroll you from the auto-pay.

Then just let us know when you're ready to start back up and we'll get things set back up!

Question 5

How do we change our payment method?

If you need to update your credit card or debit card:

1. Open the Full Out app.
2. Bring up the Dashboard by tapping the house icon.
3. Tap "Payment Settings."
4. Add or update your new payment information.

Question 6

Can we put our membership on hold for a month?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer "holds" for memberships. You would simply unenroll for the time needed and then re-enroll later, subject to prevailing availability and membership rates.

Occasionally, this means giving up a spot in a class that is full or that has friends. While unfortunate, this is simply the most fair way to enforce our first come, first served policy for all members. If you'd appreciate a particular class upon your return, we recommending requesting a waitlist position in that class as you unenroll.

Question 7

How do I schedule a Make-Up class?

NeoMotion's make-up policy permits you two weeks to reschedule a missed class.

If you miss a class, a "token" will automatically be credited to your Full Out account within 24 hours. Use this token to schedule your make-up promptly, as they automatically expire two weeks from the missed class.

When you arrive at the scheduling portion (detailed below), the system will allow you to schedule two weeks out from the date of access. Thus, you effectively have up to 4 weeks to utilize your make-up token, as long as it is scheduled within two weeks of the missed date.

Eligible make-ups include classes missed due to travel, holidays, illness, inclement weather closings, etc.

Accessing your make-up classes in Full Out:
1.  Open the Full Out app and navigate to the 'Family' section (bottom right icon).
2.  Select the athlete scheduling the make-up, proceeding to their profile.
3.  Available make-up tokens will be listed below the athlete's name. Click to schedule.
4.  Peruse the available times. Note that some classes may not appear if they are fully booked with students, trials, or other make-ups.
5.  Choose the date that works best and click 'Confirm'.

Other information:

We understand that life is unpredictable, and we do our best to not be a "use it or lose it" kind of program. That said, please understand that our business incurs costs whether your child attends or not. If you experience circumstances that result in an accumulation of make-ups, or otherwise make it difficult to attend your chosen class times, please contact NeoMotion (mailto:neomotion17@gmail.com)and we will do our best to work with you.

In times of continued inclement weather or other major circumstance, NeoMotion may extend the expiration of any make-up token at its own discretion.

The only time make-ups are not provided are for quarterly maintenance closings. These closings are at the end of each quarter, typically on weeks 13, 26, 39, and 52 of the year. The cost of your monthly tuition already factors in these four annual, week-long closings.
