Online Waiver
NeoMotion uses the Fullout app to manage customer accounts and distribute the liability waiver.​
The Liability Waiver will be presented during the account creation process. This can be done through a web browser, though we recommend downloading the Full Out app if you'll be attending regularly.
If sending to your birthday party guests, simply copy the URL and send it via text or email.
